Ukraine presents its techniques of cyber security threat prevention in The Hague

Ukraine for the first time participates in the international high-tech exhibition Congress & Expo in The Hague (Netherlands) within the framework of the European Cyber Security Month.

The national exposition of Ukraine, which opened on October 4, presents new cyber security threat prevention solutions, Ukrinform learnt from the Kyiv Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

"The Netherlands is today one of the leading countries of the European Union, which has made the cyber security its international priority. This week, The Hague will become the center of the cyber security community. On October 4, the Congress & Expo will open within the framework of the Cyber Security Week, where Ukraine will for the first time present its national panel, created by the efforts of the Kyiv Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Ukrainian participants will propose new techniques and solutions for preventing cyber threats and present the consolidated capabilities of our business in the European arena," the Kyiv Chamber of Commerce and Industry noted.

More than 3,500 visitors from 70 countries are expected to attend the event. The CSW will bring together cyber security experts, CISOs, start-ups, investors, scholars, students, diplomats, merchant attachés and civil servants.

The cyber security month has been launched in Ukraine and will continue throughout October. The action will take place within the framework of the European Cyber Security Month traditionally held in October. This year, Ukraine joined the European initiative for the first time.
