Militants launched 21 attacks on Ukrainian troops in Donbas in last day

Militants launched 21 attacks, including two attacks from weapons banned under the Minsk agreements, on Ukrainian positions in the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) area in Donbas over the past day.

“Russian-occupation troops fired on the defenders of Krymske (42.5km north-west of Luhansk), Lebedynske (16km north-east of Mariupol), Hnutove (19km north-west of Mariupol), Pavlopol (30 km northeast of Mariupol), Vodiane (16km north-west of Donetsk), Shyrokyne (20km east of Mariupol), Chermalyk (31km north-east of Mariupol), Svitlodarsk (55km north-west of Donetsk), Luhanske (59km north-east of Donetsk) and Starohnativka (52km south of Donetsk),” reads the report of the JFO Headquarters press center.

The enemy used grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms. In addition, JFO units came under 82mm mortar fire outside Lebedynske and under 120mm mortar fire near Pavlopol.

No casualties among Ukrainian troops were reported in last day. According to the intelligence, one militant was killed and another one was wounded in last day.

Today, Russian-occupation troops have already launched three attacks on Ukrainian troops outside Lebedynske and Vodiane, using heavy machine guns and small arms. No casualties among Ukrainian troops have been reported.
