Army soon to get 152mm shells for Hiatsynt artillery system - Poroshenko

Ukraine's state-owned company Artem is switching to the mass production of 152mm shells for the Hiatsynt artillery system, which will soon be supplied to the Ukrainian army.

President Petro Poroshenko wrote this on his Facebook page.

"The tests of 152mm shells for the Hiatsynt artillery system have been completed. Today State Joint-Stock Holding Company Artem is switching to the mass production of 152mm shells, which will soon be supplied to the Ukrainian army," he said.

Poroshenko said the next step would be to move in the short term to the production of 100mm to 155mm shells for other artillery systems.
