Militants launched 34 attacks on Ukrainian troops in Donbas in last day

Russian-backed militants launched 34 attacks on positions of Ukrainian troops in the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) area in eastern Ukraine in last day.

“Russian-occupation forces used grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms to fire on Ukrainian positions near Krymske (42.5km north-west of Luhansk), Zhovte (17km north-west of Luhansk), Novotoshkivske (53km north-west of Luhansk), Zolote (67km north-east of Luhansk), Mayorske(45km north of Donetsk), Marinka (35 km south-west of Donetsk), Avdiivka (18km north of Donetsk), Novomykhailivka (28km south-west of Donetsk), Krasnohorivka (29 km west of Donetsk), Lebedynske (16km north-east of Mariupol), Hnutove (19km north-west of Mariupol), Shyrokyne (20km east of Mariupol), Pavlopol (30 km northeast of Mariupol) and Vodiane (16km north-west of Donetsk),” the JFO Headquarters press center reports.

Invaders opened fire from 120mm and 82mm mortars near Lebedynske and Vodiane.

One Ukrainian serviceman was killed in shelling in last day.

According to the intelligence, two militants were killed and five more were wounded.

Today, militants have already opened fire four times on Ukrainian troops near Krymske (42.5km north-west of Luhansk), Svitlodarsk (55km north-west of Donetsk), Lebedynske (16km north-east of Mariupol) and Shyrokyne (20km east of Mariupol).
