Militants violated ceasefire in eastern Ukraine 37 times in last day

Militants launched 37 attacks on positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine over the past day.

“Russian-occupation troops violated ceasefire regime 37 times, using 120mm and 82mm mortars ten times and 122mm artillery two times,” the report reads.

In Luhansk direction, the most active armed hostilities took place near Krymske (42.5km north-west of Luhansk) and Novotoshkivske (53km north-west of Luhansk), where the enemy used mortars and tank. In Horlivka direction, the fighting continued outside Zaitseve (67km north-north-east of Donetsk). In Donetsk direction – near Kamyanka (62km south of Donetsk). There are signs of escalation in Mariupol direction, outside Vodiane (16km north-west of Donetsk) and Lebedynske (16km north-east of Mariupol), where the enemy slammed about 85 shells.

Yesterday in the morning, the enemy, ignoring the norms of the international humanitarian law, committed a terrorist attack in the village of Holubivske in the militant-controlled area in Luhansk region. It was recorded with the help of counter-battery radars and other means of objective control that the terrorists hit a civilian minivan using 82mm mortars.

The headquarters reported that four Ukrainian soldiers had been wounded in fighting over the past day. They were immediately delivered to hospital.
