Militants shell Hnutove checkpoint in Donbas, no casualties

On Saturday morning, Russian-terrorist forces fired at Hnutove entry-exit checkpoints in Mariupol direction.

"Today, May 5, at about 9 am and 10 am, Russian-terrorist forces fired twice at the Hnutove checkpoint in Mariupol direction," the report reads.

There were many civilians at the Hnutove checkpoint, and they were evacuated to an emergency shelter.

"As a result of the shelling, two cars were damaged, people were not injured," the press center noted.

The checkpoint was closed in order to ensure the safety of citizens and clarify the circumstances of the incident. A red regime was temporarily established.
