No losses among Ukrainian soldiers in ATO area over past day

No Ukrainian soldier has been injured in the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) area in eastern Ukraine over the past day.

Ukrainian Defense Ministry's Spokesperson for ATO issues, Colonel Dmytro Hutsuliak said this at a press briefing on Tuesday, an Ukrinform correspondent reported.

"The situation along the line of contact has not changed significantly over the past day. Russian-backed troops were active in the Donetsk direction as before. At the same time, the good news is that none of our defenders was injured in enemy attacks," he said.

Hutsuliak also noted that ceasefire was observed in the Luhansk direction.

The Ukrainian military opened fire only one time using weapons not prohibited by the Minsk agreements, the spokesperson added.
