One Ukrainian soldier wounded in enemy shelling in Donetsk direction - Hutsuliak

One Ukrainian serviceman was wounded in the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) area in eastern Ukraine over the past day.

Ukrainian Defense Ministry's Spokesman for ATO issues Dmytro Hutsuliak said this at a briefing on Wednesday, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

"One Ukrainian serviceperson was wounded in enemy shelling in Donetsk direction. He was immediately taken to hospital. The state of his health is satisfactory," he said.

Hutsuliak also informed that despite of Russian-backed militants’ attacks on positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Ukrainian side observed the ceasefire regime introduced on March 5 and did not return fire.
