Two Ukrainian soldiers wounded in Donbas over past day

Two Ukrainian soldiers were wounded as a result of enemy shelling in the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) area in eastern Ukraine over the past day.

Ukrainian Defense Ministry's Spokesperson Dmytro Hutsuliak said this at a press briefing on Friday, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

"Two Ukrainian defenders were wounded as a result of the enemy shelling. They were immediately taken to a military hospital and provided with necessary medical assistance. The state of their health is of moderate severity,” he said.

As reported, Russian-backed militants continued to disrupt the ceasefire agreements of the Trilateral Contact Group and shelled the Ukrainian positions with weapons banned under the Minsk agreements.
