President: Army receives more than 600 artillery units this year

This year, the Armed Forces of Ukraine have received more than 600 missile armament units and over 250 units of night vision devices.

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said this on the occasion of the Day of Missile Forces and Artillery of Ukraine on the Devychky training ground, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

"This year, the Armed Forces of Ukraine have received more than 600 missile armament units, over 250 units of night vision devices and other modern units of equipment. I want to emphasize that Corsar light portable missile system, Furia unmanned aircraft systems and Fly Eye unmanned aerial vehicles have been introduced into service during this period of time" Poroshenko said.

In addition, Ukraine received more than 100 units of night vision devices, protected laptops and other systems within the framework of technical assistance from the foreign partners, the President noted.
