PM Groysman: Ukrainian ground forces are shield of our defensive capacity

Ground forces are the reliable shield of Ukraine's defensive capacity, and a new model of the Armed Forces is being built on its basis.

Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman said this in his congratulatory address on the occasion of to the Day of Ground Forces of Ukraine, the Government portal reports.

"Currently, the ground forces are the reliable shield of Ukraine's defensive capacity, and a new model of the Armed Forces is being built on its basis," Groysman said.

According to him, the level of training and combat experience of Ukrainian servicemen amid Russia's military aggression against our country has been highly appreciated by both Ukrainian and international community.
