Canadians trained fifth group of Ukrainian field engineers in Kamianets-Podilskyi

The servicemen of the Canadian Armed Forces have conducted a special training in Kamianets-Podilskyi for Ukrainian field engineers under NATO standards.

Spokesman of the Presidential Administration for ATO issues Oleksandr Motuzniak said this at a briefing in Kyiv, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

"The fifth group of Ukrainian field engineers in Kamianets-Podilskyi has completed the course under NATO standards. The course includes training on detection and neutralization of improvised explosive devices,” Motuzniak said.

The spokesman also added that over six months the servicemen of the Canadian Armed Forces soldiers had already trained 70 Ukrainian field engineers.
