774 Ukrainians reportedly missing in ATO zone

The SBU joint center for coordinating search and identifying location of the missing persons in the ATO zone reported 774 citizens of Ukraine who are considered missing there.

Chairman of the SBU joint center for coordinating search, freeing of the illegally detained persons, hostages and identifying location of missing persons in the ATO zone Yuri Kachanov told a round table panel hosted by Ukrinform on Tuesday.

"Concerning the numbers, our data show 774 people now who are counted as missing," he said and added that this figure is constantly changing for various reasons.

Kachanov noted this is the total number of missing in the ATO zone which includes not only military personnel, but also volunteers, journalists and civilians.
