OSCE records concentration of militant weapons in Donbas

The OSCE SMM unmanned aerial vehicles continued to spot concentrations of military equipment of militants in violation of the respective withdrawal lines.

This is stated in the report of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine.

In particular, the SMM observed more than three dozen tanks, four self-propelled howitzers (2S1Gvozdika, 122mm) and one mobile air defence missile system (9K35 Strela-10M, 120mm) in the “DPR”-controlled locations.

 The monitors also stressed that the armed individuals had prevented the SMM from monitoring in Luhansk region an area near the border with the Russian Federation. The SMM confirmed that the Ukrainian military had complied with the Minsk Agreements.
