Teenagers brutally attack Ukrainian man in Poland

Police in the Polish city of Wrocław are investigating the assault on a 23-year-old Ukrainian man. A group of teenagers arranged a meeting with him, then attacked him, shaved his head, and drew Nazi symbols on his face.

They also recorded the entire assault to further humiliate the victim, Ukrinform reports, citing Polish Radio.

According to the police, last month the teenagers created a fake social media profile, posing as a 16-year-old girl interested in meeting someone. Using this profile, they contacted the 23-year-old and arranged a meeting. When he arrived at the designated location, the group attacked him.

“Actions are currently underway to fully determine the role of each participant in the incident. The case is also being handled by the family court, as some of the attackers are under 18,” the police said.

Police reminded the public that no one has the right to take “justice” into their own hands. Such actions are criminal and punishable under the law. “In this case, it involves both assault and alarming ideological manifestations,” the report added.
