Ukraine’s Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko in November will pay a working visit to The Hague to discuss with representatives of the International Criminal Court a motion on instituting criminal proceedings against ex-president Viktor Yanukovych, his associates and terrorists from the so-called “Donetsk People’s Republic” and “Luhansk People’s Republic”.

Ukraine’s Deputy Prosecutor General Yevhen Yenin said this on 112 Ukraine TV Channel.

“Next month the Prosecutor General is expected to visit The Hague, where he will take part in the events on the sidelines of the Assembly of the International Criminal Court and discuss prospects of considering the motion filed by the Ukrainian side [on bringing Yanukovych to responsibility] in the Court,” Yenin said.

Yenin also said that during today's talks with representatives of the Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, an understanding was reached on a further joint algorithm of actions on instituting criminal proceedings against ex-president Viktor Yanukovych, his circle, as well as terrorists of "DPR" and "LPR".
