School and vessel damaged in Mykolaiv region due to Russian attacks
In communities across the Mykolaiv region, Russian attacks over the past 24 hours caused a fire at a school and damaged a civilian vessel.
According to Ukrinform, Heorhii Reshetilov, acting head of the regional military administration, reported this on Telegram.
“Last night, the enemy launched eight attacks using Molniya-type UAVs against the Horokhivske community. The strikes damaged a school building and caused a fire. There were no casualties,” the statement reads.
It also notes that yesterday, the enemy attacked port infrastructure in the Mykolaiv district using Shahed-type UAVs. A civilian vessel was damaged.
As previously reported, in Mykolaiv, a woman was killed, and seven other people were injured, including two girls aged 2 and 12, as a result of a Russian strike on a residential area on the night of August 4.
