Russian army loses 1,440 troops, three MLRS in war against Ukraine in past 24 hours

Russia's total combat losses since the start of its full-scale invasion of Ukraine on February 2, 2022, up to June 1, 2026, are estimated at about 1,382,870 personnel, including 1,440 soldiers killed or wounded in action over the past day.

The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces said this in a post on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.

According to the update, Russian forces have also lost 12,020 tanks (+5 in the past day), 24,753 armored combat vehicles (+14), 44,010 artillery systems (+57), 1,868 multiple launch rocket systems (+3), 1,419 air defense systems (+1), 436 aircraft (+0), 353 helicopters (+0), 1,661 ground robotic systems (+13), 349,165 operational-tactical UAVs (+2,132), 4,733 cruise missiles (+0), 33 ships and boats (+0), 2 submarines (+0), 106,675 vehicles and fuel tankers (+401), and 4,288 pieces of special equipment (+1).
