Russia’s war casualty toll in Ukraine up by 1,380 over past day
The total combat losses of Russian forces since the start of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022, up to June 6, 2026, are estimated at about 1,372,270 personnel, including 1,380 over the past day.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.
In addition, Russian forces have reportedly lost: 11,983 (+3) tanks, 24,696 (+12) armored combat vehicles, 43,397 (+82) artillery systems, 1,837 (+5) multiple launch rocket systems, 1,405 (+1) air defense systems, 436 aircraft, 353 helicopters, 1,585 (+9) ground robotic systems, 331,818 (+2,046) operational-tactical UAVs, 4,733 cruise missiles, 33 warships/boats, 2 submarines, 103,658 (+358) vehicles and fuel tanks, 4,253 (+3) special equipment units
The figures are being updated.
As previously reported by Ukrinform, on June 5, as of 22:00, there were 273 combat engagements between Ukrainian Defense Forces and Russian troops.
