Russian forces launch 28 attacks on Chernihiv region over past day

Russian troops carried out 28 attacks on the Chernihiv region over the past 24 hours, with strikes hitting energy facilities and transport infrastructure.

Viacheslav Chaus, head of the Chernihiv Regional Military Administration, announced this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

In the Dobrianka community, Russian Gerbera drones struck an enterprise, damaging a locomotive, freight wagons, and railway tracks.

In a village of the Horodnia community, an FPV drone hit a GAZ vehicle.

In Shyshkivka in the Koriukivka community, a drone attack using an incendiary payload caused a house fire.

Overnight FPV drone strikes on Semenivka damaged civilian cars and shattered windows in a five-story residential building.
