She said that two UAV strikes hit the community – one in central Chuhuiv and another targeting an infrastructure facility in the village of Kamiana Yaruha.
Minaieva later said that according to preliminary information, the strike in central Chuhuiv damaged an administrative building, commercial property and two apartment blocks. Windows were shattered and roofs damaged, though no immediate reports of injuries were received there.
The strike in Kamiana Yaruha sparked a fire, with emergency services deployed to both impact sites to assess the extent of the destruction.
Ukraine's State Emergency Service branch in the Kharkiv region reported that firefighters extinguished two separate fires caused by the Russian drone attacks.
In Chuhuiv, rooms inside a two-story building belonging to a local business owner caught fire. Near Kamiana Yaruha, two gas tanks, a fuel station sign and dry grass ignited on the grounds of a gas station. The station building was also damaged.
