Russia's war casualty toll in Ukraine up by 1,150 over past day

The total combat losses of Russian forces since the start of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022, through May 15, 2026, are estimated at about 1,346,390 personnel, including 1,150 in the past 24 hours. 

According to Ukrinform, this was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook.

 Russia has also lost: 11,935 (+4) tanks, 24,569 (+12) armored combat vehicles, 42,085 (+32) artillery systems, 1,788 (+1) multiple launch rocket systems, 1,379 air defense systems, 435 aircraft, 352 helicopters, 291,458 (+1,780) operational-tactical UAVs, 1,388 (+7) ground-based robotic systems, 4,626 (+41) cruise missiles, 33 warships/boats, 2 submarines, 96,540 (+185) vehicles and fuel tankers, 4,184 (+1) special equipment units.

As previously reported by Ukrinform, as of 22:00 on May 4, there had been 200 combat engagements between Ukraine's Defense Forces and Russian troops.
