No Russian military units present on territory of Belarus – Demchenko

Ukrainian intelligence currently does not detect the presence of Russian military units in Belarus.

According to Ukrinform, the State Border Guard Service spokesperson Andrii Demchenko stated this on television.

"As of now, there are no Russian units on the territory of Belarus. However, everything Belarus is doing in terms of developing certain infrastructure facilities and logistical routes can at any moment be used by Russia, which Belarus is fully supporting in the war against our country," he said.

Demchenko stressed that since 2022, the threat from Belarus has never disappeared. Ukrainian intelligence continues to monitor developments on Belarusian territory and will respond if the threat level increases.
