Russian drone attack on Dnipro leaves two injured, including pregnant woman

A man and a pregnant woman were wounded in the hostile drone strike on the city, a fire broke out in a five-story apartment building, and several cars were damaged.

The head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Hanzha, stated this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

"One person was injured as a result of the Russian attack on Dnipro. An apartment in a five-story residential building caught fire," he said.

Several nearby buildings and vehicles were also damaged.

Later, Hanzha updated the information on the casualties.

"Two people were injured in the overnight enemy attack on Dnipro. They are a 21-year-old pregnant woman and a 45-year-old man. Both received medical assistance at the scene," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

As reported by Ukrinform, explosions were heard overnight in Dnipro as the city came under attack by Russian drones.
