Zelensky awards title of Hero of Ukraine to seven servicemen, three of them posthumously

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy awarded the title of Hero of Ukraine to seven servicemen, three of them posthumously.

According to Decree No. 359/2026 published on the website of the head of state, the title of Hero of Ukraine with the award of the "Golden Star" order was conferred on Junior Sergeant Alim Abduramanov, Ukrinform reports.

According to Decree No. 360/2026, the title of Hero of Ukraine with the award of the "Golden Star" order was conferred on Captain Serhii Khlystunov.

By Decree No. 361/2026, the title of Hero of Ukraine with the award of the "Golden Star" order was conferred on Sergeant Roman Kharchenko.

By Decree No. 362/2026, the title of Hero of Ukraine with the award of the "Golden Star" order was conferred on Senior Soldier Serhii Krynytskyi.

In addition, by Decree No. 363/2026, the President posthumously awarded the title of Hero of Ukraine with the "Golden Star" order to Junior Lieutenant Andrii Mykhno.

By Decree No. 364/2026, the title of Hero of Ukraine with the "Golden Star" order was posthumously conferred on Sergeant Serhii Lazar.

By Decree No. 365/2026, the title of Hero of Ukraine with the "Golden Star" order was posthumously conferred on Chief Sergeant Mykola Hlukhovskyi.

As Ukrinform reported, Zelensky also awarded state honors to 589 members of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as well as National Guard members, police officers, border guards, and rescuers, 129 of them posthumously.
