Three police officers injured in Kherson after drone detonated

Three police officers were injured in Kherson yesterday after an unexploded drone detonated.

According to Ukrinform, the Kherson Regional Police reported this in their summary of events over the past 24 hours.

“In the Zhytloselyshche neighborhood, police officers responded to a call regarding a drone that had not exploded,” the report states.

At that moment, the device detonated, injuring three law enforcement officers aged 23, 27, and 47. They were diagnosed with blast injuries, post-concussion syndrome, and shrapnel wounds, the police reported.

As reported by Ukrinform, over the past week, the enemy launched nearly 5,500 drones in the Kherson region—900 more than in the previous period.
