Ukrainian forces destroy Russian ground drone in Chasiv Yar

Ukrainian forces have detected and destroyed a Russian ground-based robotic system, Impuls-M, in the city of Chasiv Yar, Donetsk region.

According to Ukrinform, the operation was carried out by soldiers of the 24th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after King Danylo of the Ukrainian Ground Forces, which shared details and video footage on Facebook.

"Chasiv Yar. Soldiers of the 24th Brigade detected an enemy ground robotic complex Impuls-M," the brigade said in a statement.

The military noted that this system is among the latest developments used by Russian forces. Russian propaganda has described the drone as "autonomous and resistant to electronic warfare."

However, pilots of the 24th Brigade successfully identified and struck the target.

Earlier reports indicated that a Russian ground robotic system, the all-terrain Chelnok, had been spotted on the Kharkiv axis.
