Russians attack Odesa, nine-story building reportedly hit
The Russian army has attacked Odesa; preliminary reports indicate that a nine-story residential building has been hit.
According to Ukrinform, Serhiy Lysak, head of the Odesa City Military Administration, reported this on Telegram.
“The enemy has attacked our city again. Preliminary reports indicate a nine-story residential building was hit,” the message reads.
Rescue workers and emergency services have been dispatched to the scene.
Information regarding casualties is being verified.
Oleh Kipper, head of the Odesa Regional State Administration, reported on Telegram that as a result of an enemy drone strike on a residential building in Odesa, apartments on the 5th and 7th floors were damaged and a fire broke out.
As reported by Ukrinform, on the night of April 14, Russian drones attacked civilian and port infrastructure in the southern part of the Odesa region.
