Russia resumes night attacks: 12,000 people without electricity after enemy strike in Chernihiv region
Following a Russian attack on an energy facility in the Chernihiv district, more than 12,000 consumers have been left without power.
Ukrinform reports this, citing "Chernihivoblenergo" on Telegram.
"As a result of a hostile attack, an energy facility in the Chernihiv district was damaged. More than 12,000 consumers in the same district are without electricity," the statement says.
Energy workers will begin emergency repair work as soon as the security situation allows.
As Ukrinform previously reported, yesterday morning Russian forces shelled Zolochiv in the Kharkiv region, injuring two people.
