Voloshyn: Russians kill 9 civilians, injure 49 injured in one day in southern regions
As of 17:30 on Tuesday, Russian strikes on southern regions of Ukraine have killed 9 civilians and injured another 49, including a child. The occupiers are targeting residential buildings, civilian infrastructure, and transport.
The spokesperson for the Southern Defense Forces, Vladyslav Voloshyn, reported this to Ukrinform
"Russians in the south have effectively unleashed terror against the peaceful local population, striking civilians in cities and villages, even hunting, for example in Nikopol, public transport. As of 17:30, 49 people injured is the highest number in recent times," he said.

According to the spokesperson, settlements in the Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Odesa, and Kherson regions came under attack. In particular, in Nikopol, a UAV strike damaged an administrative building, residential houses, cars, and a bus; 18 people were injured and 4 killed. In Kherson, shelling destroyed a pharmacy, killing 4 people and injuring 11. In Romanky, Dnipropetrovsk region, a child was killed and three people were injured as a result of a UAV strike.
Significant destruction of civilian infrastructure was also recorded: in Vylkove, a three-story administrative building, a hangar, and garages were destroyed; in Vilniansk, a residential building and outbuildings were damaged. In Stepanivka, a hospital and a school were damaged, and three people were injured, including a child. In a number of settlements, including Bilenke, Lysohirka, Nyzhnia Khortytsia, Tavriiske, and Stryukivka, civilians were injured and homes, transport, and facilities were damaged.
