The number of casualties from Russian strikes on Kharkiv on the afternoon of March 25 has risen to nine.

This was reported on Telegram by Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov, according to Ukrinform.

“The number of casualties has risen to nine,” Terekhov said.
