Russian forces launch combined strike on Zaporizhzhia, one killed, five injured

Russian forces have carried out a massive strike on Zaporizhzhia using unmanned aerial vehicles and missiles, leaving one person dead and five others injured.

Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, announced this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"Unfortunately, one person was killed, three others were injured. […] Six apartment buildings and two private houses, a shop, non-residential buildings, and an industrial infrastructure facility were damaged," he wrote.

According to the official, emergency services, volunteers and municipal workers are already working at the sites.

Later, Fedorov specified that the injury toll had increased to five.
