General Staff confirms destruction of two Russian Buk systems and several other key targets

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed the destruction of two surface-to-air missile systems and several other key targets belonging to the Russian invaders.

According to Ukrinform, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced this on Facebook.

Over the past day, units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces detected and successfully struck a Buk-M1 surface-to-air missile system near the village of Pervoe Maya in the Bryansk region of the Russian Federation.

As noted by the General Staff, another unit of enemy air defense systems has been disabled—a direct hit on the target was reported.

Additionally, in the area of Staropetrikivka, in the temporarily occupied territory of the Zaporizhzhia region, a strike was carried out against the Buk-M2 anti-aircraft missile system. Detailed information regarding the outcome is being clarified.

In addition, Ukrainian defenders carried out successful strikes on a logistics hub and an enemy concentration area near Velyka Novosilka in the temporarily occupied territory of the Donetsk region, struck a command and observation post in the vicinity of Uspenivka, a UAV control point near Rivnopillia, a concentration of enemy forces near Berdiansk and Huliaipole in the Zaporizhzhia region, and another enemy command and observation post on its territory, near Smorodino in the Belgorod region of the Russian Federation.

Enemy casualties are being verified.

As reported by Ukrinform, on March 21, the Ukrainian Armed Forces struck a command post belonging to a unit of the Center for Advanced Unmanned Technologies "Rubicon" and a command and observation post of a Russian Armed Forces unit in the temporarily occupied territory of the Donetsk region, as well as a Russian Army maintenance unit in the Zaporizhzhia region.
