Russians launch drone strikes on Kharkiv; one person injured
On the morning of March 16, Russian military personnel attacked Kharkiv with UAVs.
According to Ukrinform, Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported this on Telegram.
“The enemy launched a Shahed UAV strike on the Shevchenkivskyi district,” the post reads.
The mayor reported that one person was injured.
Another strike was subsequently launched.
“The second strike hit the border between the Kyivskyi and Shevchenkivskyi districts. Transportation infrastructure was damaged. As for casualties, no information has been received so far,” Terekhov said.
According to Oleh Syniehubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, a 34-year-old man was injured and is experiencing an acute stress reaction.
As previously reported, on the night of March 16, Russian invaders attacked the Kyivskyi district of Kharkiv with a drone.
