Defense Forces hit S-300 launcher, radar station, and Russian ammunition depots

Ukrainian Defense Forces hit an S-300V anti-aircraft missile system launcher, an S-300 radar station, and Russian ammunition depots.

According to Ukrinform, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this on Facebook.

On the night of March 12, units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck an S-300V anti-aircraft missile system launcher in the Borovenky area (temporarily occupied territory in the Luhansk region), as well as a Russian command and observation post near Vasylivka in the Zaporizhzhia region.

In addition, the Ukrainian military struck Russian military logistics and supply facilities. Specifically, a warehouse of material and technical resources and an ammunition depot in the Dubivske area of the Luhansk region, a repair unit of an artillery brigade in the Yakymivka area of the Zaporizhzhia region, and a train carrying fuel and lubricants in the Dovzhansk area of the Luhansk region were hit.

On March 11, a radar station from the S-300 air defense system in the temporarily occupied Sevastopol area was also hit.

The extent of the damage is being assessed.

In addition, it has been confirmed that as a result of the strike on a field artillery depot in the Shyroka Balka area of the Donetsk region on March 11, more than 6,000 rounds of various types of ammunition were destroyed.

As reported by Ukrinform, on March 11, the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed a component of the Russian air defense system in Sevastopol and an arsenal in the Donetsk region using middle-strike weapons.
