Russian attack on village in Kherson region leaves one civilian injured
In the afternoon of March 8, Russian troops attacked the village of Ukrainka in the Kherson region with a drone, injuring a man.
The Kherson Regional Military Administration reported this on Telegram, as cited by Ukrinform.
“Around 15:00, Russian forces attacked the village of Ukrainka in the Novooleksandrivka community with a UAV. As a result of the strike, a 59-year-old man suffered an explosive injury, a concussion, and a fractured shin,” the statement reads.
The injured man was hospitalized, the administration added.
As reported, over the past day, Russian forces attacked six settlements in the Kherson community, leaving five people injured.
