Russian Molniya drones attack border community in Kharkiv region: One civilian injured, homes damaged

Russian forces attacked the Derhachi community in the Kharkiv region with Molniya drones, injuring a civilian.

Viacheslav Zadorenko, Head of the Derhachi Town Military Administration, reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

“Early this morning, the invaders attacked settlements in the Derhachi community with several drones. Around 11:00, two Molniya drones struck the private sector in Slatyne. As a result of the attack, a 59-year-old local resident suffered shrapnel injuries,” Zadorenko wrote.

Emergency medical personnel treated the man on-site, and he refused hospitalization. A private home and outbuildings were damaged.

“At the same time, another Molniya hit Derhachi, damaging an outbuilding on private property. Fortunately, no one was injured,” Zadorenko added.

As reported, over the past day, the regional center and 19 settlements in the Kharkiv region were struck by enemy fire, leaving two people dead and seven others injured, including a child.
