Zelensky: No signs that Russia prepares general mobilization

President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that there are no indications that Russia will conduct a general mobilization.

According to Ukrinform, the head of state said this while answering journalists' questions.

"There are no signs of mobilization [in Russia]. If there were a general mobilization, I am sure we would all know about it, because it would be a serious challenge, at the very least, for us. I think it would also be a challenge within the 'Russians' themselves, but nevertheless, we have not had such information," Zelensky said.

As Ukrinform previously reported, Volodymyr Zelensky stated that if Putin decides on mobilization, it would mean a challenge for Europe and a major war.

At the same time, Russians intend to intensify the mobilization of Ukrainians in temporarily occupied territories, forcing conscripts into service and blackmailing detainees and prisoners.
