Russian drones kill four people in Sumy region, including teenager

As a result of attacks by Russian drones in the Sumy region, four civilians were killed, including a 17-year-old boy.

This was reported by Head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration Oleh Hryhorov on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

“A Russian drone killed four civilians. These were two brothers, one of them 17 years old, and a married couple. The woman was a medic,” he wrote.

According to the official, the enemy dropped an explosive device from a drone on the outskirts of the Znob-Novhorod community. The two brothers were injured in the explosion.

Medical personnel hospitalized the wounded. On the way to the hospital, the Russians deliberately targeted the ambulance with an attack drone.

“The vehicle caught fire. Only the driver survived. He is in the hospital with severe burns,” added Hryhorov.

As Ukrinform reported, throughout the previous day, five people were injured in the Sumy region as a result of enemy attacks.
