Invaders shell 10 settlements in Kharkiv region, leaving five people injured

Over the past day, the regional center and 10 other settlements in the Kharkiv region came under enemy fire, and five civilians were injured.

According to Ukrinform, Oleh Syniehubov, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, reported this on Telegram.

“Over the past day, the city of Kharkiv and 10 settlements in the Kharkiv region were subjected to enemy strikes. Five people were injured as a result of the shelling,” Syniehubov wrote.

In particular, according to him, a 70-year-old woman was injured in the village of Bezruky, Derhachi community. In the village of Serednii Burluk, Velykyi Burluk community, a 65-year-old and a 70-year-old man were injured, and in the village of Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi, a 46-year-old and a 43-year-old man were injured.

The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration also noted that two police officers from the White Angels unit were killed during the evacuation in the village of Serednii Burluk. In the village of Malynivka, rescuers removed the bodies of three people from under the rubble.

It is noted that the Russian military used four Geran-2 UAVs, eight FPV drones, and four UAVs of an unidentified type to strike the Kharkiv region.

In particular, the enemy attacked the Novobavarskyi district of Kharkiv with UAVs. In the city, the roofs and windows of two apartment buildings and a private house were damaged.

In the Bohodukhiv district, a private house (in the village of Ivashky) was damaged. In the Kupiansk district, a private house and grain storage facility in Nova Oleksandrivka, a car in the village of Serednii Burluk, and a private house in the village of Prykolotne were damaged.

In the village of Horokhovatka in the Izium district, two private houses and a car were damaged.

The transit evacuation point in Lozova received 120 people in 24 hours. In total, 19,864 people have been registered at the point since it began operating.

As reported by Ukrinform, on February 20, Russian troops struck an enterprise in the Kharkiv region, killing three people and injuring two others.
