Defense Forces hit oil terminal in Krasnodar region and Pantsir-S1 in Crimea
The Ukrainian Defense Forces struck the Tamanneftegaz oil terminal near the village of Volna in the Krasnodar region of the Russian Federation and the Pantsir-S1 medium-range surface-to-air missile and anti-aircraft artillery system in the temporarily occupied Crimea.
According to Ukrinform, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this on Facebook.
“As part of consistent measures to reduce the offensive and economic potential of the Russian aggressor, units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces continue to strike important military and strategic targets of the enemy deep inside its territory and in the temporarily occupied territories,” the statement said.
In particular, the destruction of the Tamanneftegaz oil terminal near the village of Volna (Krasnodar region, Russian Federation) has been confirmed. A fire was reported on the facility's property.
The extent of the damage is being clarified.
In addition, in the area of the village of Kacha (temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea), the Russian invaders' Pantsir-S1 medium-range surface-to-air missile and anti-aircraft artillery system was successfully destroyed.
Over the past day, strikes were also carried out on the invaders' facilities in other areas. In particular, in the area of Vilne (temporarily occupied territory of the Donetsk region), a repair unit from one of the artillery brigades of the Russian Armed Forces was hit. And in the area of Liubymivka (temporarily occupied territory of the Zaporizhzhia region), a strike was recorded in the area where the invaders' manpower was concentrated.
The enemy's losses and the damage inflicted on the enemy are being clarified.
