Russia strikes Dnipro with missiles and drones, two children injured

Russia launched a missile and drone attack on the city of Dnipro, damaging residential buildings and cars. A fire broke out in one of the city’s districts. An infant and a four-year-old girl were injured.

As reported by Ukrinform, this was stated by Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Hanzha on Telegram.

“As a result of the enemy attack, private homes and vehicles were damaged in one of the city’s districts. A fire broke out,” the post says.

Preliminary reports initially indicated that there were no casualties.

Later, Oleksandr Hanzha updated the information.

“An infant and a four-year-old girl were injured as a result of the Russian attack on Dnipro,” he noted.

The children are receiving all necessary medical care.

“The attack is ongoing. Please remain in safe places,” Oleksandr Hanzha added.

According to earlier reports, powerful explosions were heard in Dnipro during the Russian missile attack.
