Injury toll in Russian morning attack on Kramatorsk rises to four, one person killed
In Kramatorsk, Donetsk region, the number of people injured as a result of a Russian morning attack has risen to four.
This was reported by Head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration Vadym Filashkin on Telegram, Ukrinform saw.
“One person killed and four injured – these are the final consequences of the morning strike on Kramatorsk. A woman born in 1948 was killed. An 18-year-old girl and men aged 40, 46, and 48 were wounded,” the statement said.
Filashkin added that 20 apartment buildings, three administrative buildings, an infrastructure facility, and 20 vehicles were damaged.
According to the Kramatorsk City Council, during an additional inspection, the explosive ordnance disposal service established that Russian forces struck the city center in the morning with an ODAB-1500 (heavy volumetric detonating aircraft bomb). The one-and-a-half-ton bomb hit the roadway. A full detonation of the explosive charge in its standard mode did not occur.
As previously reported by Ukrinform, at dawn on February 8, Russian forces struck a residential neighborhood of Kramatorsk with a FAB-250 high-explosive aerial bomb equipped with a glide and guidance module. One person was reported killed and three others injured.
