Two killed, five wounded in 517 Russian strikes on Zaporizhzhia region over past day
On February 5, Russian forces carried out 517 strikes on 32 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region. Two people were killed and five wounded as a result of enemy attacks on Zaporizhzhia city and Zaporizhzhia district.
Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, said this in a post on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
According to him, Russian forces launched 24 airstrikes on Barvinivka, Rizdvianka, Shevchenkivske, Lisne, Liubytske, Zelena Dibrova, Zaliznychne, Novoandriivka, Verkhnia Tersa, Huliaipilske, Charivne, Hirke, Kopani, Vozdvyzhivka, and Dolynka.
A total of 346 UAVs of various types (mostly FPV drones) attacked Zaporizhzhia, Kushuhum, Novomykolaivka, Rozumivka, Stepnohirsk, Prymorske, Lukianivske, Pavlivka, Huliaipole, Orikhiv, Zaliznychne, Novoandriivka, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Bilohiria, Zelene, and Sviatopetrivka.
Five MLRS strikes hit Zaliznychne, Novoandriivka, Mala Tokmachka, Huliaipilske, and Pryluky.
In addition, 142 artillery strikes targeted Stepnohirsk, Prymorske, Lukianivske, Huliaipole, Zaliznychne, Novoandriivka, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Bilohiria, Zelene, Dobropillia, and Pryluky.
A total of 85 reports were received of damage to homes, vehicles, and infrastructure facilities.
