Russian drone attack on Dnipropetrovsk region leaves two dead, several injured

In the Dnipropetrovsk region, two people were killed as a result of a nighttime attack by Russian drones.

According to Ukrinform, Oleksandr Hanzha, Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, reported this on Telegram.

“During the night, the enemy attacked the Vasylkivka community of the Synelnykove district with drones. A 68-year-old woman and a 38-year-old man were killed. Two more people were injured: a 47-year-old woman and a 63-year-old man, both hospitalized in moderate condition,” he said.

Fires broke out. Three private houses were damaged, and one was destroyed. Outbuildings, vehicles, a disused building, and an administrative building were also damaged. A power line was affected.

The Nikopol district, including the town of Nikopol, the Marhanets, Myrove, and Chervonohryhorivka communities, were also targeted. The invaders used FPV drones and Grad MLRS. Infrastructure and a power line were damaged.

Earlier, it was reported that a crew from Suspilne Dnipro came under a repeat drone attack (Shahed type) while filming the aftermath of a strike on a bus carrying miners.
