Energy facilities and houses damaged: Four people injured in Kharkiv after Russian attack
Four people were injured in Kharkiv as a result of a massive Russian attack, and residential buildings were damaged in addition to energy facilities.
This was reported by the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
“On the night of February 3, the Russian Armed Forces carried out a massive combined attack on energy infrastructure facilities in Kharkiv and the region. In addition, residential buildings and cars were damaged in the Slobidskyi district of Kharkiv. Four civilians were injured, two men and two women,” the post said.
According to preliminary information, the enemy used the following weapons in the region: Geran-2 strike UAVs; Tornado-S MLRS with cluster munitions; missiles; and aviation munitions.
A pre-trial investigation has been launched into allegations of war crimes (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
As reported, on the night of February 3, Kharkiv suffered a massive combined attack. Two people were reported injured. Water had to be drained from 820 buildings to prevent the heating network from freezing. City electric transport, both land and metro, is operating with changes.
