Russian army loses another 880 soldiers and one air defense system in war against Ukraine
The total combat losses of Russian troops since the start of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, from February 24, 2022, to January 31, 2026, amount to approximately 1,239,590 people, including 880 people over the past day.
This is stated in a Facebook post by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as reported by Ukrinform.
The Russian army also lost 11,619 (+5) tanks, 23,977 (+8) armored combat vehicles, 36,768 (+20) artillery systems, 1,632 (+1) multiple launch rocket systems, 1,290 (+1) air defense systems, aircraft – 435 (+0), helicopters – 347 (+0), tactical-level UAVs – 119,928 (+694), cruise missiles – 4,205 (+0), ships/boats – 28 (+0), submarines – 2 (+0), vehicles and tankers – 76,377 (+58), special equipment – 4,054 (+0).

As reported by Ukrinform, on January 30, as of 22:00, there were 157 combat clashes on the front line, with Russians carrying out 38 attacks in the Pokrovsk direction.
