Three killed, 16 injured in 841 Russian strikes on Zaporizhzhia region over past day

On January 28, Russian forces carried out 841 strikes on 34 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region. Three people were killed and another 16 were injured as a result of enemy attacks on Zaporizhzhia and the Zaporizhzhia district.

Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, announced this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

He said Russian troops carried out 23 airstrikes on Kushuhum, Tersianka, Zaliznychne, Vozdvyzhivka, Verkhnia Tersa, Charivne, Dolynka, Huliaipilske, Ternuvate, Barvinivka, and Kopani.

A total of 475 UAVs of various types, mostly FPV drones, attacked Zaporizhzhia, Vilniansk, Komyshuvakha, Tersianka, Bilenke, Tavriiske, Stepnohirsk, Prymorske, Stepove, Pavlivka, Mali Shcherbaky, Huliaipole, Orikhiv, Zaliznychne, Shcherbaky, Novodanylivka, Novoandriivka, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne, Bilohiria, Dorozhnianka, Varvarivka, Zelene, Solodke, Dobropillia, and Preobrazhenka.

Eight MLRS attacks targeted Zaporizhzhia, Tersianka, Huliaipole, and Solodke.

Another 335 artillery strikes struck Stepnohirsk, Prymorske, Stepove, Mali Shcherbaky, Pavlivka, Huliaipole, Zaliznychne, Shcherbaky, Novodanylivka, Novoandriivka, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne, Bilohiria, Dorozhnianka, Varvarivka, Zelene, Solodke, and Dobropillia.

A total of 385 reports were received about damage to homes, vehicles, and infrastructure facilities.
