Russian troops strike Nikopol district: lyceum, shop buildings damaged, one person injured

From the evening of January 25 through the night of January 26, Russian forces attacked the Nikopol district of Dnipropetrovsk Region with a drone and shelled it with artillery, injuring a man.

According to Ukrinform, Oleksandr Hanzha, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, stated this on Telegram.

"In the evening and at night, the Russian army continued to attack the Nikopol area, using an FPV drone and artillery against the district. Nikopol and the Chervonohryhorivka and Marhanets communities came under enemy fire," Hanzha said.

According to him, a 58-year-old man was injured and is receiving outpatient treatment.

A multi-apartment residential building, an administrative building, a lyceum, a shop, and a minibus were damaged.
