Russian forces strike shopping center in Sumy
Russian invaders struck a shopping center in the Kovpakivskyi district of Sumy on Friday, January 23.
Acting Mayor of Sumy Artem Kobzar said this in a post on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
"Today, at about 13:25, a strike on a shopping center in the Kovpakivskyi district was recorded. As a result of the attack, eight windows, the roof, and the facade of the facility were damaged," Kobzar said.
He noted that according to preliminary information, there were no casualties. Other consequences are being clarified.
Earlier, the acting mayor reported that at around 09:45, a hit was recorded on the asphalt near a building in the Kovpakivskyi district, as a result of which windows were damaged in a neighboring building. There were no casualties.
